Using the VirtualTaste webserver
for the prediction of bitter, sweet and sour taste, and
developing new machine learning models for umami and salty, the taste of SuperNatural compounds was predicted.
After choosing a lower limit for the confidence score, all compounds that are predicted to be of the selected taste with
a confidence between the chosen limits will be displayed.
